Bill Zuhdi wins 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals appeal of his own win in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Bill won a judgement against Kim Richards, star of Beverly Hills Housewives, but was not satisfied with the amount awarded for his win.
